The first thing that I ordered had a problem that wasn't tooltimes fault (the item was broken in the manufacturers package). One email to tooltime had a complete new one delivered within a couple of days - no questions.
Their customer service department is excellent and very professional. I would always look at tooltime.co.uk for any future tool purchases and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anybody.
