Unwanted Items

While we strive to ensure that the product you buy is exactly what you want, sometimes this isn't the case.

If you purchase an item and decide you no longer want it, you can return it back to us at your own cost for a refund of the initial costs. You should contact us within 14 days of receipt to notify us of your intention to return your item. Unwanted items should be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging.

Faulty / Damaged Items

While we have procedures in place to ensure that your item arrives in working condition, occasionally there may be an issue such as the item is damaged in transit or other complication.

We understand that buying online can sometimes be daunting so we offer a years warranty on all our items to ensure that you can buy with confidence. Additionally, several of our products come with an extended manufacturers warranty, often up to 3 years. Details of these can be found on each items's description.
